Learning circles, in their purest form, are a way of working with people that draws on what they already know.
If you’re like me, you probably grew up thinking that serious learning only happened in school, college and university. The consequence of this belief is that it devalues, denies, and discriminates against how most of the world actually learns, which is outside of formal education.
