Created Smart Moves: Key Performance Indicator Proposal for the MoveSmart Strategy (2022) to provide the City of Vaughan with a set of key performance indicators to assess the progress of their MoveSmart Mobility Management Strategy.
Twenty KPIs were proposed through a comprehensive road safety and equity analysis with a team of urban planning students from Queen’s University.
My contribution to this report focused on the literature review, evaluation of the City of Vaughan’s MoveSmart Strategy, and the development of Key Performance Indicators.
